Booking & Reservations

How do I book a private airport transfer?

Use the search form on the website, select your pickup and drop-off locations, travel date, time and passenger details. Then choose a suitable vehicle option and complete your reservation request.

Can I book a transfer in advance?

Yes. Advance booking is recommended, especially for airport arrivals, hotel pickups, family transfers and long-distance routes.

Do I receive confirmation after booking?

Yes. After your booking is reviewed, ADG Tourism sends reservation confirmation and transfer details through the available contact channels.

What information is needed for airport pickup?

Please provide airport name, flight number, arrival date, arrival time, destination address or hotel name, passenger count and luggage details.

Prices & Payments

Are transfer prices fixed?

Prices are route-based and vehicle-based. Destination pages can show private transfer prices according to your selected airport, region and vehicle type.

Why can the price change?

Prices may vary depending on route distance, selected vehicle, date, passenger count, luggage requirements and extra services such as child seats.

Is the price per person or per vehicle?

Private airport transfer pricing is generally calculated per vehicle, not per person, unless stated otherwise during the booking process.

Which currency is used?

ADG Tourism transfer prices are displayed in EUR where available.

Airport Pickup

Where will the driver meet me?

Meeting instructions depend on the airport and terminal. You will receive pickup details after confirmation.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Please share your flight number during booking. Flight details help the team plan airport pickup timing more accurately.

Do you serve Antalya, Istanbul and Urfa?

Yes. ADG Tourism provides private airport transfers in Antalya, Istanbul and Urfa service areas.

Hotel Transfers

Can I book a transfer directly to my hotel?

Yes. You can select or write your hotel name as the destination. Hotel transfer pages provide route-based information where available.

What if my hotel is not listed?

You can still request a transfer by entering the hotel name and address in the booking or contact form.

Do hotel pages show distance and estimated time?

Hotel transfer pages can show road distance, estimated journey time and price information based on the connected region and nearest priced airport.

Vehicles & Luggage

Which vehicles are available?

ADG Tourism offers comfortable Mercedes Vito and Sprinter vehicle options depending on passenger count, luggage and route requirements.

Can I travel with large luggage?

Yes. Please provide luggage details during booking so the correct vehicle option can be planned.

Can I request a child seat?

Child seat requests should be shared before the transfer. Availability and extra cost may depend on the route and reservation details.

Changes & Cancellations

Can I change my pickup time?

Contact support as early as possible with your reservation details. Changes depend on vehicle and driver availability.

Can I cancel my transfer?

Cancellation conditions may vary according to route, timing and reservation details. Contact ADG Tourism support for the correct cancellation information.

How do I update my hotel or flight information?

Send your updated hotel name, address, flight number or pickup time to support so the team can update your reservation details.
