1. Who we are (data controller)

2. What data we collect

Booking details: name and surname, email address, phone number, number of passengers, pickup and drop-off address or hotel and the map coordinates of these addresses, date and time, flight number and airline for arrival and return, special requests and extras, the vehicle and service type, and your agency code if you booked through a partner agency.

Payment details: payment method, amount, currency and payment status. If you pay by card, you enter your card details on Kuveyt Türk's secure 3D Secure page; we receive only the result of the transaction and bank reference numbers, never your card number or CVV.

Communication: messages you send us by email or WhatsApp, and the booking confirmation emails we send you.

Technical data: your IP address and browser information, which our servers and the third-party services listed below process when you load the site, and the cookies described in our Cookie Policy.

3. Why we use your data and on what legal basis

To take, confirm and carry out your transfer, including passing the pickup details to your driver and tracking your flight: necessary for the performance of the contract (KVKK Art. 5(2)(c); GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).

To take payments, issue invoices and keep accounting and booking records: necessary to comply with our legal obligations (KVKK Art. 5(2)(ç); GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)).

To contact you before your travel day and during flight delays, answer your questions, handle changes, cancellations, refunds and complaints: performance of the contract and our legitimate interest in providing a reliable service (KVKK Art. 5(2)(c) and (f); GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).

To keep the website secure and working: our legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5(2)(f); GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

Providing your booking details is necessary to make a booking; without them we cannot carry out the transfer. We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing.

4. Who we share your data with

The driver and operations team carrying out your transfer: name, phone number, flight, pickup and drop-off details and number of passengers.

Kuveyt Türk Katılım Bankası, which processes card payments.

The partner travel agency you booked through, if you used an agency code.

Our hosting and technical service providers, who store and run the website and booking system on our behalf.

Map and address services used by the booking form: OpenStreetMap map images, and the Photon (komoot) and Nominatim (OpenStreetMap Foundation) address search services, which receive the address text you search for.

Public authorities, where the law requires it.

5. Transfers abroad

Some of these services are located outside Türkiye, for example in the European Union, the United Kingdom or the United States: the OpenStreetMap, Photon and Nominatim services; Google Fonts and unpkg, which deliver the fonts and the map library used on our pages; and WhatsApp, if you contact us there. These transfers are carried out in line with Article 9 of KVKK and Chapter V of the GDPR.

6. How long we keep your data

Booking, payment and invoice records are kept for as long as Turkish commercial and tax law requires (generally up to 10 years) and are then deleted or anonymised. Messages that are not linked to a booking are kept only as long as needed to answer and follow up. Cookie lifetimes are listed in our Cookie Policy.

7. How we protect your data

The website uses HTTPS encryption. Card payments are handled on the bank's 3D Secure page, and card numbers and CVV codes are never stored in our systems. Access to booking data is limited to the staff and drivers who need it for your transfer.

8. Your rights

Under Article 11 of KVKK you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is processed and request information about it; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used for that purpose; know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred; ask for incomplete or incorrect data to be corrected; ask for your data to be deleted or anonymised; ask for these corrections or deletions to be notified to the third parties it was shared with; object to a result against you arising exclusively from automated analysis; and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

Under the GDPR you also have the right to restrict processing, to data portability, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country of residence.

9. How to use your rights

Send your request by email to info@adgtourism.com or in writing to our address above, with your name, contact details and, if you have one, your booking number. We may ask you to confirm your identity. We reply free of charge and within 30 days at the latest. In Türkiye you can also apply to the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK).

10. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice when our services change. The latest version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated.
