Cancellation policy
Plans change. Here is exactly how cancellations, changes and refunds work for transfers booked with ADG Tourism.
Free cancellation
You can cancel your transfer free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival (pickup) time. This applies to private transfers and shared shuttle bookings.
Changing your booking
Changes are free. You can update your flight number, arrival time, date, hotel address or passenger details. If a change moves your booking to a different route or vehicle, the price for the new route or vehicle applies.
How to cancel or change
Send us your booking number and the name on the booking on WhatsApp (+90 546 768 99 39) or by email (info@adgtourism.com). We confirm every cancellation or change in writing.
Refunds
If you paid by card, the refund is sent back to the same card. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank.
Less than 24 hours before arrival
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your arrival time, and transfers that are missed, are not covered by free cancellation. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will tell you what applies to your booking.
Flight delays
A delayed flight is not a cancellation. We track your flight and stay in touch with you, so you do not need to cancel or rebook if your flight is late.
