What is the difference between Özel Transfer and Shared Shuttle?
Özel Transfer is a dedicated vehicle reserved for one booking and priced per vehicle.
Shared Shuttle is a shared ride on supported routes and is priced per passenger.
Why does the system ask for hotel or address details if I selected only a region?
Because a region such as Alanya, Side or Belek is too broad for operations.
If only the region is selected, the checkout step asks for the exact hotel, accommodation or address.
Will Shared Shuttle appear separately on the website?
No extra service-type selector is required in the search box.
On supported routes, Shared Shuttle vehicles are shown at the top of the vehicle selection page.
How are prices shown?
Shared Shuttle prices are shown per passenger and Özel Transfer prices are shown per vehicle.
Both are handled inside the same search and checkout flow.
What should appear on the voucher for shuttle reservations?
The voucher should clearly mention that the booking is a Shared Shuttle service,
note that other passengers may travel in the same vehicle and that multiple stops may apply.
